Capture the person
WORKS OFFLINEPhotograph a business card or badge, scan QR or digital-card details, or add the contact manually.

One photo. One voice note. Follow-up ready in two minutes.
The part nobody budgets for
Business cards in a pocket. Notes in a notebook. Conversations that fade before they are filed.
80% of conference leads are never properly followed up. The first 24 to 48 hours decide it. A warm conversation either keeps moving, or becomes another name in a spreadsheet.

On site
The rest happens in the background while you head to your next meeting.
Photograph a business card or badge, scan QR or digital-card details, or add the contact manually.
Record a 60-second voice note or type with what they need, what you discussed, and the agreed next step while it is still fresh.
Review the draft, then open it in your own email or WhatsApp with zero integration.
Why faster follow-up matters
Act within the first 24 to 48 hours and the conversation keeps its value. Wait, and it fades.

Built from what was said, and from what you sell. It names the agreed next step and asks for it. Yours to amend before anyone sees it.
Generated follow-up
Hi Daniel,
Good to meet you at IMEX. You mentioned the events team is looking at venues for next year's regional meeting.
I have attached our meeting spaces factsheet, with capacities and layouts for the rooms we talked about.
You suggested bringing your Head of Events into the detail. Would Tuesday 11:00 next week suit for a call?
Sandra
What they need, what you discussed, and the next step you agreed. Written from your voice note while the detail was still accurate.

Why CardToClose exists
“I didn't lose deals in the room. I lost them at the desk.”

Franziska Lein
Founder of CardToClose
Franziska built CardToClose after 15 years of conference-led sales across luxury hospitality, e-health SaaS and fintech. The same pattern kept repeating: strong conversations in the room, followed by days of fragmented admin before the first useful follow-up.
Before you start
CardToClose is a conference follow-up tool for sales professionals. It turns a business card photo and a 60-second voice note into a CRM-ready contact record, a meeting report and a personalised follow-up draft, in about two minutes per contact. It works offline at the event, and you approve everything before it sends from your own email or WhatsApp.
You photograph the card and record a short voice note with what was discussed and the agreed next step. After sync, CardToClose extracts the contact details and drafts the follow-up from your note and your own account guidance. You review it against the original card image, amend anything, and send it from your own email or WhatsApp.
Yes. Mobile capture is saved on the device while you are offline. When connectivity returns, queued records sync and AI processing continues. Visible sync and AI status show what is ready and what still needs attention.
No. The same workflow works for trade shows, expos, networking events, roadshows, client trips and one-to-one meetings - anywhere a valuable conversation needs a useful first follow-up.
No email or WhatsApp integration is required for handoff. CardToClose opens the approved draft in the app you already use, and you decide when to press send.
Each follow-up you generate uses the captured contact and conversation, account guidance, approved facts and relevant collateral where available. If no agreed next step was captured, CardToClose proposes an honest connection starter rather than pretending one was agreed.
The original image remains with the record. Compare it with the extracted fields, correct the contact and conversation context, and approve the follow-up before you use it.
No. When you choose Generate, CardToClose prepares the content and you approve it. The finished draft opens in your email or WhatsApp, under your control, when you decide to use it.
Download structured records as CSV or Excel, or sync reviewed data to Google Sheets for downstream import. CardToClose helps you prepare the first follow-up and portable record; it does not replace your CRM.
About two minutes for the card or details and conversation context. Extraction, transcription and meeting-report preparation continue after sync.
Yes. Account admins can organise events, invite team members, keep account guidance and approved facts consistent, review captured records and export the team's reviewed data from the web workspace.
The CardToClose web product is live for activated customers. New customer signup records your details so access can be arranged separately. Native iOS and Android apps are coming soon, and each store badge will become a download link when its production listing is live.
