Service and acceptance

CardToClose is published by FL Hospitality Consulting FZ-LLC. By accessing the service, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are authorised by the organisation whose workspace you use. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions can be sent to info@cardtoclose.com.

Your account

Keep sign-in details, authenticator codes and recovery codes confidential. Use only the workspace assigned to you, keep information accurate, and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. Your organisation controls who may use its workspace and may remove access when it is no longer required.

Content rights and consent

You may upload, capture, record, import or share only content that you own or that you are authorised to use. You are responsible for obtaining any permission, consent or other right needed for contact details, images, recordings, documents, QR or NFC content, notes and other material you submit. Do not capture or share content unlawfully or in a way that infringes another person's privacy, confidentiality or intellectual-property rights.

Limited licence to provide the service

You and your organisation keep ownership of submitted content. You grant CardToClose a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, copy, secure, transmit, display, extract, transcribe and otherwise process that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, protect and improve the service for your organisation, comply with your instructions, or meet legal obligations. This licence lasts only for as long as the content is retained under the service and applicable obligations; it does not give CardToClose the right to sell your content or use it for third-party advertising.

Review before use

Extraction, transcription and generated drafts may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review contact details, summaries, dates, recipients and message content before relying on, exporting or sending them. You remain responsible for communications and decisions made using the service.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with availability, probe another workspace, introduce malicious material, send unlawful or deceptive communications, or use CardToClose to violate applicable law or another person's rights. Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect users, data or the service.

Privacy, deletion and changes

Our privacy policy explains how information is processed. The account deletion page explains available deletion routes and retention limits. We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change; the date above identifies the current version.
